The Path to Our Staff Team

We love when members want to help the community! Being staff means being a positive role model, professional, and dedicated. Here's your path to joining the team:

Step 1: Join Our Community

  • Join our Roblox group and Discord server
  • Read the rules and familiarize yourself with our community
  • Be active and respectful in-game and on Discord
  • Show maturity and professionalism in all interactions

Step 2: Attend a Training Session

Training sessions are announced in Discord. Don't give up if you don't pass the first time - you can always try again!

  • Check Discord announcements for training times
  • Arrive on time and be prepared
  • Follow instructions carefully
  • Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge
  • Ask questions if you're unsure about anything

Step 3: Pass Training & Get Promoted

After successfully passing training, you'll be promoted to:

  • Junior Kitchen Staff (JKS)

The Path to Management

Becoming a manager is a significant responsibility! MRs help lead the team, train new staff, and ensure smooth operations. Here's how to get there:

Option 1: Apply for Management

Step 1: Be an Active Staff Member

  • You must be a Intern Kitchen leader(IKL) or higher rank
  • Be active in-game and attend shifts regularly
  • Demonstrate professionalism and leadership qualities
  • Help newer staff members and be a positive role model
  • Show dedication to the community

Step 2: Join Our Discord

Make sure you're active in our Discord server - this is where applications are submitted and announcements are made.

Step 3: Submit an Application

When you feel ready:

  • Head to the #staff-announcements channel in Discord
  • Find the Management (MR) application
  • Fill it out completely and honestly
  • Submit and wait for results

⚠️ Important Note:

Please don't ask for early results or status updates. We'll announce decisions when applications have been reviewed. Patience shows maturity!

Option 2: Get promoted

Step 1: Be an Active Staff Member

  • You must be a Intern manager (IM)
  • Be active in-game and attend shifts regularly
  • Demonstrate professionalism and leadership qualities
  • Help newer staff members and be a positive role model

  • Consistently perform well during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with other staff and management
  • Show reliability and dedication over time

Step 3: Wait for Promotion Consideration

Promotions are based on merit and availability. Continue to demonstrate your value to the team!

Training Schedule Information

  • Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes

How to Prepare

Shift Schedule Information

  • All staff members are encouraged to attend when available

What Happens During Shifts?

  • Staff work their assigned positions (checkout, food service, etc.)

  • Great opportunity to demonstrate your skills for promotions
  • Build camaraderie with other staff members
